Penelope Cruz is all smiles as she takes a break from a photo shoot at Paris’ Hotel de Crillon on Wednesday (April 28). The Spanish actress posed for celeb photographer Mario Testino on the balcony, which offers a gorgeous view of Paris landmarks, including Place de la Concorde. It looks like a male model was on hand for the shoot, too!
