Lady Gaga broke down in tears as she received a plaque for selling 8 million records worldwide.Decked in another dazzlingly weird outfit, the eccentric singer spilled her emotions after receiving the commemorative plaque at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles after the last of her three sold out performances at the venue.
